We currently offer free shipping within the United States. Contact us about shipping costs to the rest of the world.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Minimal Gilt all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for items purchased.
We go to great lengths to provide detailed photographs from multiple perspectives and information about each piece in its listing. Once an item is purchased, we trust that our customers have made a thoughtful decision, as each item has been carefully crafted and selected.
To ensure satisfaction, we encourage potential buyers to reach out with any questions before finalizing their purchase. Please consider your choice carefully and be sure you genuinely want a piece before making your final purchase.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within two business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
ARTWORK CARE
Due to the fragile nature of the art we recommend careful handling during the unpacking process and secure installation. Although the art is composed on glass and some sections of the artwork look like mirror we do not recommend spray cleaning products to be used. If necessary, careful spot cleaning on the glass surfaces only. Do not attempt to clean the painted portions of the art. Simple occasional dusting with soft, dry cloth is all that should be required.
FRAMING
All artwork at Minimal Gilt is delivered with a hand selected elegant vintage frame that compliments the art. Minimal Gilt prides itself on the quality of our frames. Each frame, perfectly imperfect, bears the gentle marks of time, adding character and depth to the piece. Depending on the frame there may be marks, nicks, peeling paint, chipped or missing plaster, etc due to the age of the frame. We have documented the artwork with the frame you will receive. Please consider this as you select the art. For pre-orders we will send you a photo of the completed artwork and frame for approval before completing the processing. If you love an existing artwork at Minimal Gilt but don't love the frame let us know prior to processing the order. We will work with you to give you something you love.

This artwork is a one-of-a-kind original piece. All copyrights and reproduction rights are retained by the artist at Minimal Gilt.
